Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dietitian to join an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality care for patients with kidney disease.

The role involves recommending therapeutic diets, reviewing labs, and educating patients under the supervision of a RDN Regional Manager. You will collaborate with physicians, administrators, nurses, and care teams to coordinate care across hospitals and facilities, ensuring safe, effective nutrition interventions and active participation in QAPI

Qualifications

• Must hold RD/RDN certification with registration in the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian.
• Active state Dietitian license in applicable state (unless in AZ, CA, CO, HI, IN, MI, NJ, VA).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; proficiency in company clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient nutrition care by recommending therapeutic diets based on needs and treatment changes.
• Review lab results and educate on nutrition interventions (fluids, sodium, potassium, CKD-MBD).
• Conduct patient assessments and care planning; participate in monthly interdisciplinary meetings.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, physicians, facility administrator, social workers, nurses, and staff to maintain relationships with hospitals and community partners.
• Contribute to safety and quality initiatives; support QA program and QAPI activities.
