Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a registered dietitian to join an interdisciplinary team caring for patients with kidney disease. You will assess nutrition needs, propose therapeutic diets, review labs, and educate patients under the supervision of a RDN Regional Manager.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and facility staff to coordinate care, support quality improvement, and participate in monthly interdisciplinary care conferences.

Qualifications

• RD/RDN certification and license required
• Minimum of one-year experience in clinical nutrition as an RD/RDN
• License to practice in the applicable state (or required state exemptions)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Patient Nutrition: assess needs, recommend therapeutic diets, review labs, educate on fluids, sodium, potassium and CKD-MBD
