Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dietitian to join an interdisciplinary team focused on providing excellent care for patients with kidney disease.

You will advise on therapeutic diets, review labs, and educate patients under the supervision of a Regional Manager. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care and participation in monthly QAPI activities.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification showing proof of registration with Commission on Dietetic Registration (includes Baccalaureate or Advanced degree).
• Minimum of one-year experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian.
• Current Dietitian (LD/LDN) license in applicable state or state-specific requirements where applicable.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; proficiency in all company clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient nutrition based on current, science-based practices in consultation with the physician.
• Review lab results and educate on nutritional interventions (fluids, sodium, potassium, CKD-MBD).
• Conduct patient assessments and care planning activities; participate in monthly interdisciplinary patient care conferences.
