Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dietitian to join an interdisciplinary team providing nutrition care to patients with kidney disease. You will work under the supervision of a RDN Regional Manager to develop individualized plans and support treatment goals.

You will assess nutritional needs, review lab results, educate patients on fluids and minerals, and participate in monthly interdisciplinary conferences to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Patient Nutrition: Using the most current, science-based practices, you will recommend therapeutic diets based on patient nutritional needs, preferences, and changes in treatment, in consultation with the patient\'s physician. You will review lab results and provide education for nutritional interventions on fluid and sodium, potassium, CKD-Mineral and Bone Disorder management.
