Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team, delivering nutrition care to patients with kidney disease.

You will assess needs, design therapeutic diets with physicians, review labs, and educate patients on fluids, sodium, and CKD-MBD management. Work includes monthly interdisciplinary conferences and collaboration with the Medical Director, nurses, and care staff to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RD/RDN certification with registration through CDR.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nutrition experience as an RD.
• Current state license as applicable; maintain in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional needs and design therapeutic diets for kidney disease patients.
• Review labs and educate on fluids, sodium, potassium, and CKD-MBD management.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team on care plans and conferences.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and ensure patient outcomes.
