Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dietitian to join an interdisciplinary care team focused on kidney disease management. You will evaluate patient needs, design therapeutic diets, and coordinate with physicians to optimize treatment plans.

You will review labs, educate patients on diet modifications, and participate in monthly care conferences to improve outcomes. Strong English communication and computer skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification with proof of registration.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nutrition experience as an RD/RDN.
• Must have or be eligible for licensure as a dietitian in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient nutrition counseling and therapeutic diet recommendations.
• Review lab values and educate on fluid, sodium, potassium, CKD-MBD management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and outcomes.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and QAPI initiatives.
