Job summary

Fresenius Kidney Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). The role focuses on assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating care for an assigned patient group in a dialysis setting.

As part of the ESKD health care team, you will participate in teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities, while meeting CAP growth requirements and collaborating with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and technicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure and CPR BLS certification.
• Minimum 9 months RN experience; nephrology/dialysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients during hemodialysis.
• Document patient data pre-, during-, and post-treatment and adjust care plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications per protocol and participate in emergency response.
• Assist with staff orientation and ensure accurate lab collection and processing.
