Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Services CAP. This role supports the Clinical Advancement Program and coordinates patient care, assessment, and dialysis treatment under supervision.

You will work with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and technicians, participating in teaching, leadership, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state RN licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS certification.
• Must meet practice requirements in all employed states.

Responsibilities

• Provides and coordinates clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients.
• Assesses, documents, and plans care according to patient needs and treatment plans.
• Delivers and monitors dialysis treatments as prescribed and reports adverse reactions.
• Provides education to patients and families about care, treatment, and self-management.
• Collaborates with health team and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Participates in training, orientation, and quality improvement activities.
