Job summary

Fresenius Kidney Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 role within the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate care, assess patients, plan interventions, and participate in quality improvement activities within the ESKD team.

Responsibilities include data collection around dialysis treatment, education for patients and families, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to update plans of care.

Qualifications

• Entry level RN with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Administer medications as prescribed or per approved algorithms and document effectiveness.
• Ensure safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy and education to patients and family.
