Job summary

Satellite Healthcare seeks a Clinical Coordinator to assist in the management and operation of our dialysis clinic in Austin, TX. This role assumes full responsibility in the Administrator's absence.

You will coordinate patient scheduling, logs, and run sheets, support quality programs, and work with the Medical Director and staff to meet organizational goals. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• 12 months nursing experience, including 3 months dialysis.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.
• Demonstrated leadership and sound judgment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office and USRC apps within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management and operation of the dialysis clinic.
• Assist scheduling to ensure timely patient acceptance and staffing.
• Maintain logs and ensure run sheets are sent to billing.
• Participate in meetings with governing body and staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and quality programs.
