Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Center Manager to lead a dialysis clinic, ensuring operational excellence and a high-performing, compassionate team. You will coordinate patient care, mentor staff, and collaborate with physicians and Satellite colleagues to deliver life and quality of living for patients.

The role requires RN licensure and at least 1 year of nursing experience with 6 months in hemodialysis; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a Registered Nurse and 6 months of hemodialysis nursing experience.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dialysis clinic to operational excellence and high morale.
• Coordinate patient care and quality of treatments with physicians and staff.
• Educate and mentor nursing staff as appropriate.
