Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist in the management and operation of our dialysis clinic in Vallejo, CA. This role may assume the Administrator's duties in their absence and focuses on coordinating patient care, staff, and logistics.

Responsibilities include improving patient health, planning schedules, maintaining documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting quality initiatives and team development.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state and in good standing.
• 12 months nursing experience, including 3 months dialysis experience.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Leadership skills and sound judgment in emergent situations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and USRC clinical applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and staffing levels.
• Maintain logs and ensure dialysis run sheets are sent to billing.
• Help develop and monitor patient care standards and outcomes.
• Support compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
