Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist in managing a dialysis clinic and to assume full responsibility in the Administrator's absence. The role emphasizes improving patient health, streamlining scheduling, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating departments, ensuring accurate records, and supporting quality initiatives and corrective actions to meet corporate goals for patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state.
• 12 months of nursing care experience, including 3 months of dialysis experience.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Demonstrated leadership and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic under the Administrator.
• Improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments.
• Coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely admissions and appropriate staffing.
• Update logs and ensure dialysis run sheets and logs are sent to billing.
• Maintain thorough patient records per regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
• Participate in quality initiatives and action plans; support survey readiness.
