Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Administrator to lead daily clinic operations in Houston, ensuring efficient patient flow, staffing, and adherence to regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership, dialysis experience, and a focus on quality outcomes.

The Administrator will coordinate clinical and operational processes, oversee incident reporting and QAPI activities, and work with the Medical Director and staff to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills required.
• 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; proficiency in USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
• Must meet applicable state requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Administrator is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic.
• Grow program growth by developing and implementing processes; plan patient scheduling and staffing; improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations.
• Lead quality and performance improvement efforts; coordinate department functions and maintain documentation in patient records.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare corrective action plans; may assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain safe, sanitary environment; oversee equipment and supplies; manage staffing to meet patient needs and regulations.
