Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a clinic administrator role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• 1 year dialysis management experience preferred.
• Proficient in English; clear communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and clinical applications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient staffing.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and department workflows.
• Manage quality and safety initiatives; lead QAPI/quality committees.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and records.
