Qualifications

• Must possess strong leadership and judgment in a dialysis clinic setting.
• RN license required with 18+ months of nursing care experience in kidney-related care.
• Proven analytical, budgeting and regulatory compliance skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with staff, patients, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations to meet budget, labor, supply costs and quality targets.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, staffing, and workflow to ensure timely patient access.
• Drive QAPI and quality improvement initiatives and reporting to meet corporate goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for inspections, audits, and certifications.
