Job summary

US Renal Care in Burleson, TX seeks an experienced Administrator to oversee daily clinic operations, lead staff, and ensure compliant patient care. The role reports to area/regional leadership and requires strong leadership, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities include growth initiatives, patient scheduling, quality improvement (QAPI), regulatory compliance, staffing, and vendor relations. RN license and dialysis experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dialysis management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Growth: develop and implement processes to grow the program.
• Plan patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and staffing.
• Improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments.
• Achieve financial targets including budget and costs.
• Lead quality programs and QAPI meetings.
• Coordinate departments and maintain patient records.
• Ensure staffing aligns with patient needs and regulations.
• Oversee equipment and supply maintenance.
