Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dialysis Facility Administrator (Finance) to oversee the daily clinic operations, finance, staffing, and regulatory compliance. You will report to regional leaders and collaborate with the Medical Director and staff to ensure high-quality patient care and financial performance.

The role requires proven leadership, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with MS Office and clinic systems. 1 year dialysis management experience preferred; RN license required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a clinical setting with sound judgment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• 1 year dialysis management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes for program growth aligned with company goals.
• Plan scheduling to ensure timely patient acceptance and staffing levels.
• Improve patient health outcomes and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments.
• Achieve financial targets including budget, labor and supply costs.
• Participate in QAPI and quality improvement initiatives with staff involvement.
