Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Administrator to oversee the overall daily management and operation of the clinic. The role reports to first-line regional operational management, which may be an Area Director, Regional Director, or Vice President of Operations depending on region and demographics.

Responsibilities include growth initiatives, staffing optimization, quality improvement, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a dialysis/healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• RN license and state requirements met.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic management and operations.
• Plan staffing to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure quality assurance, patient documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead staff development and coordinate with Medical Director and physicians.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for staff and patients.
