Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a full-time Nursing/Administrative leader in Houston to oversee dialysis center operations, ensuring patient access, staffing, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership, clinical nursing expertise, and the ability to coordinate a multi-department team.

Responsibilities include implementing growth strategies, managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and driving quality outcomes in line with corporate goals and patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills required.
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.
• Must meet applicable state requirements for Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes for program growth in alignment with company goals.
• Plan and coordinate patient scheduling to assure timely acceptance and effective staffing levels.
• Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments.
• Oversee staffing plans to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and monitor records and reports concerning staff, patients, and operations.
