Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist in managing the dialysis clinic and to stand in for the Administrator when needed. Bright, organized nurses will oversee patient care, staffing, and documentation to ensure compliant, high‑quality service.

The role requires RN licensure in the applicable state, dialysis experience, CPR readiness, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinic software. Candidates must communicate clearly and lead with good judgment.

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state; must be current and in good standing.
• 12 months nursing experience; 3 months in maintenance dialysis.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.
• Demonstrated leadership and sound judgment in emergent situations.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Proficient in MS Office; certification in USRC clinical applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of the clinic.
• Coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and staffing.
• Update logs and send dialysis run sheets to billing.
• Perform essential duties to meet patient care and operational needs.
• Support quality improvement and patient outcomes programs.
