• Proficient in maintaining patient records and logs; familiarity with billing handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize missed treatments.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure timely acceptance of patients and effective staffing.
• Demonstrate efficient use of supplies and staff labor hours; update logs and ensure run sheets are billed.
• Manage documentation with Administrators, physicians, and healthcare team.
• Support quality management programs and participate in outcomes improvement initiatives.
