Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide compassionate care for ESRD patients. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measure vitals, record stats, initiate cannulation, and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, comfort with blood and needles, and current BLS/CPR certification. Prior PCT certification (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO) or state certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort around blood and needles.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• State-approved or professional certifications (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO) preferred for experienced PCTs.

Responsibilities
