Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is hiring Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients during dialysis sessions. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record stats, assist with cannulation, observe patients, and set up hemodialysis machines.

We value compassionate care and reliability; qualification includes a high school diploma and current BLS/CPR, plus state certifications (BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO). Our team emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and patient-focused service at IRC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or other state approved certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide patient observations and ensure comfort and safety during treatment.
