Job summary

EROS Technologies in Dallas seeks an experienced technical support specialist for a 6+ month contract. You will lead installation and deployment efforts with vendors, document technical details (HLD/LLD/BRD/PAR) and build test plans to verify requirements.

You will present clearly, communicate effectively with clients, and apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot high-volume ALM/UIP systems and contact center integrations across AVAYA, Genesys, and Cisco.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support for high-volume enterprise deployment of ALM/UIP systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Extensive knowledge of Aspect products (ACD, ALM, UIP, AQM, CallMiner).
• Experience with contact center ACD integrations on Avaya, Genesys, and Cisco.
• Experience deploying contact center solutions including Cisco ICM, IVR, NICE Call Recording, and AcmePacket SBCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation/deployment efforts with vendors and document technical details (HLD/LLD/BRD/PAR).
• Build and document Test Plans and Test Cases against requirements.
