Job summary

A leading IT staffing company is looking for an experienced Systems/DevOps Engineer to support and enhance its enterprise Contact Center platform, which serves over 20 million customers and handles more than 35 million interactions each year. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy telephony systems, develop automation for CI/CD, and troubleshoot complex issues. This hybrid position offers an opportunity to work with high-impact cloud technologies and improve platform reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems/DevOps engineering.
• Strong understanding of Contact Center platforms.
• Expertise in automation and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Contact Center & telephony systems.
• Develop automation for configuration, provisioning, and CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot complex application & performance issues.
