Job summary

Diasorin in Hartford seeks a Field Service Engineer to service our diagnostic instruments, perform preventive maintenance, installations, and repairs with minimal supervision. You will liaise with engineering, logistics, and customers to ensure instrument reliability.

The ideal candidate has an AA degree in a technical field, at least 2 years of field service experience, and a valid driver's license; strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• AA degree required in a technical field.
• Minimum 2 years as Biomedical Equipment/Field Service Technician.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to customers for instrument maintenance, troubleshooting and repair with minimal assistance.
• Receive information from Manager, Technical Service and Logistics regarding customer instrumentation.
• Maintain customer, applications, and sales communications.
