Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Stago instruments; diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Install instruments at customer facilities, conduct product demos, and ensure full functionality.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and operator training to enhance system longevity.
• Maintain service records, follow SOPs, and comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for service contracts and drive customer satisfaction.
