About the Role

A global leader in advanced clinical diagnostics is seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead a team of field-based clinical specialists across the region. In this role, you'll blend technical leadership with regional business strategy—ensuring hospital laboratories successfully implement and optimize cutting‑edge diagnostics tools used in the diagnosis and monitoring of complex diseases.

The Job

• Lead & Develop – Hire, onboard, mentor, and manage a team of Field Application Specialists; oversee performance reviews, training, and territory workloads.
• Drive Implementations – Own successful "go‑live" launches, validation protocols, LIS connectivity, and regulatory compliance across customer labs.
• Own Technical Escalations – Serve as the Tier‑2 point of contact for complex assay, hardware, and software issues; coordinate rapid resolution to minimize downtime.
• Align with Commercial Goals – Partner with sales teams on implementation timelines, pre‑sale demos, and post‑sale training to support regional strategy.
• Ensure Team Readiness – Equip your team with the tools, validation kits, and resources needed to execute safely and efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related Life Sciences field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on clinical lab experience.
• Prior field‑based application specialist or technical support experience in IVD / medical.
• Demonstrated success leading or mentoring technical teams across a territory.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, business acumen, and excellent communication/conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the regional territory.
