Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent Customer Service/Operations experience
- 1 year Zoetis Veterinary Customer Service or equivalent experience
- Strong SAP/ERP (SAP ECC) knowledge
- Familiarity with Zoetis accounts, products and pricing
Responsibilities
- Process contracts in SAP and ensure accurate information
- Assist customers by processing orders via phone, fax, EDI, CPQ and email
- Coordinate shipments and order fulfillment with cross-functional teams
- Engage in problem resolution for customer inquiries
- Review and maintain SAP equipment records
- Process authorization returns per policy
- Provide support for field resources (e.g., FFO, CPQ)
