Job summary

You will interact with customers via phone, email, and Salesforce, handle high-volume tasks, participate in audits, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' Customer Service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer master data including licenses and registrations.
• Manage changes and deletions of accounts to ensure data quality.
• Respond to daily requests via phone, email, and Salesforce for customers.
• Coordinate testing with SAP enhancements and data validation for mass uploads.
• Support master data audits and create/maintain operational documentation.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects involving direct and indirect customers.
