Zoetis in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Diagnostics Customer Service Specialist to support the Diagnostics Field Force and customers, handling contracts and orders in SAP and coordinating with supply chain partners.

This role will provide optimal customer service support to Zoetis Diagnostic Field Force and Customers. The Diagnostics Customer Service Specialist (DCSS) is responsible for the execution and follow-up of customer contracts and orders, ensuring that all information is properly maintained and that correct products are supplied to customers on time and in full. This requires multiple contacts with external and internal customers and with a network of supply chain partners. The DCSS acts as a central point of contact for the Dx Field Force to resolve or assist in resolving any issue.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $54,000 - $88,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation.
