Job summary

Zoetis, Inc. seeks a Diagnostics Technical Specialist to support veterinary clinics, labs, and academic settings with implementation, operation, and training of diagnostic products.

This role emphasizes diagnostics installation, workflow improvements, and maximizing product utilization. Anticipated travel within the territory is up to 80%, with strong customer service, independent decision-making, and collaboration with ABM/DSC teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• Veterinary Technology program degree preferred.
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician preferred.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
• At least 1 year of clinical setting experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and flexibility for clinic visits.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the success of relationships with assigned clinics to improve utilization and adoption.
• Identify pain points and design/implement clinic workflow improvements.
• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex veterinary diagnostic issues.
• Deliver guidance, instruction, and training on product lines to increase productivity.
• Provide post-sale installation and validation training for applications/operations.
• Document daily activities and prepare detailed visit reports including satisfaction data.
• Travel within IA/ NJ/ CA to meet customers; work with ABM and DSC teams to identify opportunities.
• Safely lift and move up to 60 lbs.
