Job summary

Allina Health in Minnesota seeks a Diagnostic Sonographer to join a float pool with a home base at WestHealth clinic. You will provide abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular imaging and interventional guidance across multiple sites.

The role requires 3+ years of ultrasound experience, ARDMS certification or eligibility, and a 0.6 FTE schedule (48 hours per two weeks) with 24 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Mileage reimbursement is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound or equivalent.
• ARDMS registration or registry eligibility is required or preferred.
• 3+ years of Diagnostic Sonography experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs abdominal, small parts, OB/GYN, vascular imaging and interventional guidance.
• Maintains equipment knowledge, positions patients and ensures image quality.
• Documents procedures accurately and ensures images transfer to storage systems.
• Coordinates with supervisors and team; supports cross-site coverage as needed.
• Uses Excellian EMR for documentation and workflow management.
