Job summary

Allina Health in Minnesota is seeking a Diagnostic Sonographer for the float pool with a home base at WestHealth clinic. You will provide imaging coverage across multiple sites, performing abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular studies and interventional guidance.

This 0.6 FTE role offers day/evening shifts, mileage reimbursement, and a $7,500 starting bonus for eligible external talent. Primary duties include high-quality imaging, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the imaging team to ensure

Qualifications

• ARDMS registration or registry-eligibility required.
• 3+ years diagnostic sonography experience.
• Associate's or vocational degree in ultrasound or radiologic technology.

Responsibilities

• Performs abdominal, small parts, OB/GYN, vascular imaging and provides guidance for interventional procedures.
• Uses independent judgment with equipment positioning for optimum patient care.
• Maintains documentation and ensures images transfer to imaging storage systems.
