Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Diagnostic Sonographer to join our float pool, with a home base at WestHealth clinic in Minnesota. The role covers imaging services across multiple sites including Apple Valley, Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina, Woodbury, and more, with 0.6 FTE (48 hours per two-week pay period) and a Monday–Friday schedule.

A $7,500 starting bonus is available for eligible external talent, and mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree from an accredited School of Diagnostic Ultrasound.
• Vocational or Technical Training graduate of accredited School of Radiologic Technology and 2 year School of Diagnostic Ultrasound or
• Vocational or Technical Training graduate of accredited School of Radiologic Technology and ARDMS registered or registry eligible
• 3+ years Diagnostic Sonography experience

Responsibilities

• Performs abdominal, small parts, OB/GYN, vascular imaging and provides sonography guidance for interventional procedures.
• Uses independent judgment and understanding of equipment and positioning to provide optimum service to patients and providers.
• Maintains documentation and ensures images are transferred to imaging storage and retrieval system.
