Job summary

Snap-on Diagnostics seeks a dynamic sales professional to demonstrate, train and sell advanced Diagnostic equipment to our Franchisees and customers in Texas. The role requires automotive diagnostics experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Travel is required, a company vehicle, valid driver's license, and the ability to coach franchisees on product use and selling strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive diagnostics and electronic equipment.
• Previous sales experience and ability to coach franchisees.
• Strong PC skills and Internet experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct sale of Diagnostic products to shop owners
• Perform business evaluation/coaching rides with Franchisees
• Teach product and sales skills to Franchisees
• Secure orders for additional Diagnostics products
• Demonstrate products to customers
• Perform product training to customers
• Attend field meetings to present promotions
• Staff and support trade-shows, and attend sales meetings as required
• Perform customer education/sales seminars
• Maintain assigned inventory levels
