Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast in Pasadena, Texas, seeks a Manager Diagnostic Imaging to lead the department responsible for X-Ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound and nuclear medicine. The role focuses on quality, safety, staff oversight, and budget management to deliver optimal patient care.

You will supervise radiology teams, drive quality improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians and administrators to align imaging services with clinical needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiography program; ARRT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rapport with others.
• Create and maintain an environment that yields above-average satisfaction ratings.
• Negotiate priorities with individuals at various levels of the organization.
• Delegate work based on strengths and developmental needs.
