Houston Methodist is seeking an Imaging Manager to lead the imaging department, ensuring quality, productivity and strategic alignment. The role oversees daily staff activities, staffing decisions and policy compliance to promote a safe, efficient work environment.

Candidate will guide training initiatives, maintain credentialing, and drive process improvements while collaborating across clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient care and service delivery.

Formación

• Five years of experience in the field, with at least one year in a healthcare management role.
• BLS - Basic Life Support or Instructor (AHA) required; must possess one of the specified imaging credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Manages daily activities of the department and staff, ensuring quality and productivity.
• Provides leadership and guidance; staffs and budgets; participates in hiring and disciplinary processes.
• Maintains compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements; supports policy development and safety.
• Leads department meetings, conducts performance appraisals, and fosters team development.
