At DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital, a Tenet Healthcare facility, a Diagnostic Imaging Manager will lead the Imaging Department, overseeing operations across CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires collaboration with the assigned director, participation in staff in-services, and active involvement in regulatory inspections and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in clinical healthcare discipline or related field.
• Certification/registration in General Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, or MRI modality preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible Diagnostic Imaging experience including leadership.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification by end of orientation period.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Diagnostic Imaging Department including modalities such as CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine.
• Oversee staffing schedules, assignments, and staff development; provide clinical support as needed.
• Develop and monitor budgets for the department and participate in governance and policy formulation.
• Represent Diagnostic Imaging on hospital committees and participate in regulatory inspections and CQI efforts.
