Job summary

HCA Healthcare’s St. David’s South Austin Medical Center is seeking a Manager of Radiology Services to lead the Radiology Department, overseeing Diagnostic, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, CT, and Mammography.

The role ensures patient care aligns with physician instructions, hospital policies, and department standards. You will collaborate with the Director to implement policies, monitor performance, and coordinate schedules, while supporting staff and other departments to ensure continuity

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Technologist; 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate Radiology staff across Diagnostic, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, CT, and Mammography.
• Coordinate policy development and adjustments; oversee financial operations of the department.
• Integrate department services with the hospital’s primary functions; promote performance improvement.
