Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across the Arlington, VA area, covering Arlington, Herndon, Manassas and surrounding regions. This field-based role requires in-person presence five days a week with physicians, patients, and referral sources.

You will promote, sell, and support diabetes products, collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers and educators, and manage territory expenses and reporting in Salesforce. A valid driver's license and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years prior sales experience.
• Field sales experience highly preferred.
• Prior medical device, B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources through sales calls and educational activities.
• Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to achieve targets, adapting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers, Diabetes Clinical Educators, and cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on intensive diabetes management and CGM.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and non-clinical buyers to establish a strong business base.
• Manage territory expenses, inventory, product returns, and coordinate daily customer support activities as assigned.
• Capture healthcare professional engagements via Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete administrative reporting, utilize approved sales collateral, and conduct market research on customers and competitors.
• Communicate customer feedback and product needs to internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Marketing).
