Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Clinical Territory Manager to educate Healthcare Professionals and patients on diabetes products. The role is field-based, covering the Arlington, VA area and surrounding towns, with 5 days in the field weekly.

Key duties include educating professionals, supporting sales as a technical resource, collaborating for territory growth, and documenting engagements in Salesforce. Must have CDCES/RN/PA/NP/pharmacist credentials and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Educates patients and professionals about diabetes management with Medtronic Diabetes products.
• Supports sales activities as a technical resource.
• Collaborates with sales and other departments to grow territory.
• Troubleshoots clinical/technical issues related to products.
• Delivers presentations and plans assignments within budget; travels within territory.
• Logs engagements in Salesforce accurately and timely.
• Participates in ongoing competency development and attends industry events.

Responsibilities

• Educates healthcare professionals about intensive diabetes management using Medtronic Diabetes products.
• Supports sales activities indirectly and serves as a technical resource.
• Collaborates with sales and other departments to drive territory growth.
• Troubleshoots clinical/technical issues and assists in patient therapy management.
• Presents to individuals/groups; plans assignments and travels for events.
• Records activities in Salesforce; maintains accurate documentation.
• Engages in ongoing training and attends conventions to raise product awareness.
