Job summary

J&B Medical is seeking dedicated Medical Supply Customer Service Representatives to join our Diabetes Admission team. You will work with patients, doctors' offices, and insurance companies to set up new accounts and ensure timely delivery of diabetic supplies.

This role offers 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, with emphasis on compassionate, non-sales support and HIPAA compliance. Prior healthcare or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with computer applications and data entry.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical supply processes is a plus.
• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.

Job Summary:
