Job summary

J&B Medical in Wixom, Michigan, is seeking a Medical Supply Customer Service Representative to support our Diabetes Admission team. You will work with patients, doctors, and insurers to set up new accounts, obtain prior authorizations, process prescription refills, and ensure timely delivery of diabetes supplies.

No sales, no up selling, no collections; 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Medical Supply Customer Service Representatives to join our Diabetes Admission team. In this role, you will work closely with patients, doctor's offices, and insurance companies to facilitate the setup of new accounts, resolve issues, obtain prior authorizations, manage prescription refills, and ensure the timely delivery of essential diabetic supplies to patients in need.
