Job summary

MiniMed seeks a Diabetes Clinical Educator to train and support patients using MiniMed products, delivering education across multiple territories. This field-based role covers the NY/Long Island/NJ region with 2-3 days in the field and the remainder remote.

The DCE partners with Clinical Territory and District Managers to educate healthcare professionals and patients, coordinate trainings, document sessions within 48 hours, and drive engagement through proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements documented on resume.
• Valid license in CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, or Pharmacist.
• Associate’s Degree with clinical experience or Bachelor’s Degree with no experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group education—in person and virtual—on MiniMed products.
• Provide ongoing patient educational support via calls and outreach.
• Coordinate and plan group trainings and events with territory teams.
• Submit training documents within 48 hours of sessions.
• Collaborate with teams on therapy changes and related patient topics.
• Participate in district and territory planning sessions.
