Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Diabetes Clinical Educator to deliver training, education, and ongoing support for patients using MiniMed products. This field-based role supports the New York/Long Island/New Jersey region with in-field 2-3 days per week and remote the remaining time.

You will educate patients through in-person and virtual sessions, coordinate trainings, and collaborate with district teams on therapy changes.

Qualifications

Active clinical license(s) in nursing, dietetics, pharmacy or related fields.
Education/training experience in diabetes care or patient education preferred.
Ability to train patients and healthcare professionals across multiple territories.

Responsibilities

Facilitates individual and group education—both in-person and virtually—on MiniMed products.
Provides ongoing patient educational support through support calls and pilot training initiatives.
Coordinates and plans group trainings and events in alignment with territory goals.
Submits accurate training documents within 48 hours of sessions.
Collaborates with territory teams on therapy changes and patient follow-up.
Participates in district and territory planning sessions.
