Job summary

MiniMed seeks a Diabetes Clinical Educator to deliver training and ongoing support for patients using MiniMed products. The DCE will train across multiple territories, primarily NYC metro, Long Island, and New Jersey, with 2–3 field days per week and remote work otherwise.

Ideal candidates have clinical licenses (CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, or Pharmacist) and 1–2 years of clinical experience or a Bachelor’s degree with no experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid registered license in one or more of the following: CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, or Pharmacist.
• Associates/Bachelors degrees with required clinical experience.
• Ability to train patients on diabetes devices and therapies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education on MiniMed products, in-person and virtual sessions.
• Provide ongoing patient support via calls and proactive outreach.
• Plan and coordinate group trainings and events with territory teams.
• Submit training documents within 48 hours of sessions.
• Collaborate on therapy changes and CareLink data with healthcare professionals.
• Participate in district and territory planning sessions.
