Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Diabetes Clinical Educator (DCE) to deliver training, education, and ongoing support for patients using MiniMed products. This field-based role supports New York/Long Island/New Jersey, with 2-3 days in the field and remote for the rest.

You will conduct individual and group education in person and virtually, coordinate trainings, submit documentation within 48 hours, and collaborate with territory teams on therapy changes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current professional license in CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, or Pharmacist.
• Bachelor’s degree required; clinical experience beneficial.
• Associate’s degree plus 2 years clinical experience acceptable in lieu of Bachelor's.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and education on MiniMed products to patients.
• Coordinate and plan group and individual trainings, including logistics and follow-up.
• Support patients via calls, webinars, and virtual trainings; document sessions within 48 hours.
