Job summary

MiniMed seeks a Diabetes Clinical Educator to deliver training, education, and ongoing support for patients using MiniMed products. The DCE works with Clinical Territory Managers to educate across multiple territories and will be field-based in NY/Long Island/New Jersey, with 2-3 days in the field and remote the rest of the time.

Applicants should hold a CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, or Pharmacist license and meet degree requirements; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, or Pharmacist license.
• Associate’s Degree with 2 years of clinical experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 0 years.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience training patients on diabetes therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training and education on MiniMed products to patients.
• Coordinates and plans group trainings with territory teams.
• Provides ongoing patient educational support via calls and events.
• Submits training documents within 48 hours of sessions.
• Collaborates with territory teams on therapy changes and follow-up.
• Participates in district and territory planning sessions.
